| hp prodesk 400 g1 sff (i5-4570, 8gb, amd/ati cedar radeon hd 5000/6000/7350/8350)
where the hp 8200 was QUICK to 'fix' itself... this box is very slow & thus I can correct it (changing wallpaper) before the self-correction occurs...
the 'flashing/strobing' effect is more annoying on this box (though its the same displays, both seeing the 'top' as first screen (default-left) so expectation would be similar effect on both) so maybe the video card has some minor impact; but effect is the same on both... this box the strobing is just faster (newer/faster card maybe! though the video card on this box is very old too just AMD)

on adjusting displays to match my setup; my-lower display became a visual mess....
As I noted in bug report yesterday though (i believe anyway) as i was in the process of fixing the issue as I did yesterday; it fixed itself BEFORE i actually got there??? In the bug report (or wherever I felt it did this yesterday) I was OF THE OPINION THIS MIGHT HAVE OCCURRED, however today I'm CONVINCED it fixed itself before I got too...
I'm tired & need to sleep; so aren't exploring this further today.
