(primarily as limited RAM on this box; performance okay with 2GB; added ublock.origin to firefox as was streaming music vid from youtube & adverts would have likely had me quit rather quickly....) all good

Same thing I do every day. Grab the new image, check the manifests, boot the new daily image, open each application, go through them to look for bugs, and inspect some applications more than others. I verify the existence of the bugs I regularly report. I change screen resolution, keyboard language input, connect to the internet, play media files (both online and off), and browse the 'net for a few pages, etc.
