| dell [optiplex] 780 (c2q-q9400, 8gb, amd/ati cedar radeon hd 5000/6000/7350/8350)
adjust displays to match setup, swap left-right & my-right is portrait-left tilted
firefox; stream local news in window, maximized, f11 & fullscreen on each display
some menu play (random items only chosen)
caja used to open hdd & explore partitions to get access to files, open some found files in default apps (mpv, pluma etc)

`sudo apt install vlc`, and try to open using terminal (nope), menu, or from within caja (using opened hdd/partitions for appropriate files). bug impacts Ubuntu-MATE but as not installed by default so possibly doesn't belong... (it'll be easier to find if recorded, so recording above)
suspended system, wait ~20 secs & resumed (with power button), firefox, mpv & session resumed appropriately except without sound. I was unable to fix audio using options available, so ended up `sudo apt install pavucontrol` & toggling sound profile as I do elsewhere - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1816394
