Proceed in your native language if you wish. Instructions will remain in English

Test-case Live Session Start

Boot up the image
Ubuntu boot screen is displayed
When the installer starts select your language in the left column
Language is selected, all labels are changed to translated versions
Click Continue
The 'Try or Install' screen is displayed with 'try Ubuntu' and 'Install Ubuntu' buttons
Click on the 'Try Ubuntu' icon to select the option and click on the 'Continue' button
The default desktop is displayed

Use and execute the default applications found for the desktop enviroment being run
All applications should function without error

If all actions produce the expected results listed, please submit a 'passed' result.
If an action fails, or produces an unexpected result, please submit a 'failed' result and file a bug. Please be sure to include the bug number when you submit your result.

dell [optiplex] 755 (c2d-e6850, 5gb, amd/ati radeon rv516/x1300/x1550)
this box experiences with lubuntu RC/beta... so I'm booting the Ubuntu Desktop ISO (sure enough text plymouth showed here too) if this reports 23.10 or 24.04... it reported 24.04 as it should here..

no wallpaper showed on boot; and switching wallpaper showed graphical issues as it has for a few kernels now (not new)... I'm ignoring that as related to video card.
