Follow the installation steps at IoT installation media
This test requires that you have a USB keyboard with a USB hub and a USB keyboard without a USB hub.

Once logged in, verify that:
A connected USB keyboard with a USB hub works:
  • when connected to a USB2 (black) port
  • when connected to a USB3 (blue) port
A connected USB keyboard without a USB hub works:
  • when connected to a USB2 (black) port
  • when connected to a USB3 (blue) port


If all actions produce the expected results listed, please submit a 'passed' result.

Plugging in Corsair K55 keyboard often doesnt work (#2016826)

I passed this for desktop, blaming it on likely my Corsair K55 firmware; but for server specifically it was USB3 wouldn't work. USB2 would, 100% of the time, but USB3 wouldn't. /shrug

Tested three keyboards: a Raspberry Pi keyboard (contains USB hub), a Perixx Periboard 505-Plus (contains USB hub and integrated trackball), and a Genius SlimStar i220 (plain keyboard); all worked happily in both USB2 and USB3 ports.
