This is an installation using the Screen-Reader as done by a visually blind individual. Please cover your monitor, lay it face down or turn it off during this installation. You will require speakers or headphones to hear the screen-reader. As you press Enter to continue on each page, it can take several minutes to advance to the next installer page.

Proceed in your native language if you wish. Instructions will remain in English

Boot up the image
Wait to hear the drums
Press Alt+Super+S to start the screen-reader
If doing this test on a VM, ensure the screen reader is enabled in the vm and not the host system.
Press Alt+Tab to change to the installer
Press Up or Down arrow to select your language(default is English)
Press Tab twice to "Install Ubuntu"
Press Enter
Use up-arrow and down-arrow to hear the options and spacebar to select them
Press Enter
Use up-arrow and down-arrow to hear and select partitioning options
Press Enter
Press up-arrow and down-arrow to select the drive to install Ubuntu on
Press Tab three times
Press Enter
Press Tab
Select country either by typing in the name of the country or city or timezone (WARNING: time zones are not read by the screen-reader; the default should be fine)
Press Tab until you are on Continue
Press Enter
Check your keyboard layout is correct or alter
Press Enter
Input your initial user details and password /!\ Note admin can not be used - it is a dedicated Linux User
After entering "Confirm your password"
Press Tab
Press up-arrow for auto-login
Press Enter to begin the installation
Once the installer tells you it is finished, Restart the system now by pressing Enter
Wait a few seconds for the cd drive to quit spinning, remove the disc and press Enter
After restarting, at the desktop, you must restart again. This will start the screen-reader. It will then start at login
