hp prodesk 600 g3 sff (i5-7500, 8gb, nvidia geforce gt710 (gk208b) + intel graphics 630) install to sda2 (/) using ESP only (sda1 i think) without using /home - partitions KEPT (no format) sufficient space exists on / for everything required (many times over)
alas crashed, with possible package issue? last install on this box failed, thus did it pick up valid package data to restore? (also last install was lubuntu so universe was enabled)
reboot & install is perfect... (the noble is listed first in grub, not this re-install first, but both are systems are there & both boot correctly)
