repeat of earlier install; re-use (no-format) of sda5 which contains lubuntu impish again.
install ended up looping last night & finally ended earlier today...
(disk contains lubuntu impishx2 & ubuntu impish x1)
1 hr 15+ mins in and this looks like a repeat of the last install. `sudo dmesg` just lists sda: sda1: sda2: sda3: sda4: < sda5 > ...
4 hrs 8 mins [14778.333508] sda: sda1 sda2 sda3 sda4 < sda5 >
no change

purpose is to explore https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1942603
repeat attempt; replace sda5 or last install.
installed on disk now are lubuntu impish & 2x ubuntu impish; will replace last install
i opted to no-format; however with no additional packages I cannot all packages were re-installed (as there are none to restore; shame I didn't add clementine like usual)
I'm suspicious this is looping.... it's been going over two hours (uptime >3 hours actually)
syslog is just full of date/time/kernel sda: sda1: sda2: sda3 sda4: < sda5 >
