Test-case Live Session Start

Boot up the image
Lubuntu boot screen is displayed
When ubiquity starts select your language in the left column
Language is selected, all labels are changed to translated versions
Press "Try Lubuntu" and wait for the Live session to start
The default desktop is displayed

Test-case Live Session Usage

Use and execute the default applications found for the desktop enviroment being run
All applications should function without error


If all actions produce the expected results listed, please submit a 'passed' result.

Impish live session takes ages to boot on BIOS systems (#1922342)

motion computing j3400 (c2d-u9400, 4gb, intel mobile 4 series)
start phone-stopwatch at grub menu
~4 mins 40 secs before first boot message appears
~4 mins 47 secs new boot message(s) & switching font (bios generated text? to graphics?)
~4 mins 51 secs plymouth logo appears, blue background
~5 mins 48 secs the plymouth is gone, back to boot type (linux) messages
~5 mins 57 secs mouse pointer appears
~6 mins 27 secs lubuntu background is on screen & LXQt panel etc visible
~6 mins 33 secs system is fully stable & usable

i'll play with system, but it looks good (wacom pen working, batteries recognized etc..)
the boot speed is Ubuntu related.. no issues with lubuntu.

lenovo thinkpad x201 (i5-m520, 4gb, i915)
attempts to do an install on sony ultracrap have been unable to connect to wifi (nothing appearing on right-click of nm-tray).. so this boot is to explore the issue. the sony doesn't have buttons & right-click I've had issues with before.. this lenovo device has no issues with right click

MSI Modern 15 (Intel Core i5-10210U, Intel UHD, 32 GB RAM) #Bare-metal, not VM

Same thing I do every time. Boot, change keyboard and resolution, check existing bugs, open and close all apps, check random apps for deeper functionality, check internet, stream media, and shutdown.

No new bugs discovered. Same as the last time.
