primarily testing for https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/calamares/+bug/1864787
i've opted today to format / (sda9) BTRFS & re-use /home (sda9)...
it's XFS so last install was formatted... format is more likely to fail, so this should succeed in my experience if re-used.. so changed my mind & will now be BTRFS install

testcase: install alongside

xscreensaver kicks in during the install; and the jerky display is annoying me this time (I think last install I just hit a key when screensaver was kicking in faster); so tagging that issue this time..
all Lubuntu can do here is choose another screensaver as the bug is video card specific

appears calamares has crashed - it's window has just closed... crash was only seconds after I hit SHIFT to kill screensaver, so I don't know how far it had progressed (screensaver was active for some time thus why it annoyed me enough to search for that bug & add to this report)

3x attempts to `ubuntu-bug calamares` resulted in 99% upload then 502 bad gateway.
I filed online on my primary box; and attempted apport-collect; but the moment it got to `

"The authorized page .. should be opening in your browser ... box became somewhat unresponsive.
I can move mouse pointer around, but cannot switch to term (Ctrl+Alt+F4) to explore, kill processes etc... I didn't explore calamares issue as I was going to do that once uploaded (can't upload though)

I wonder if this is an issue with firefox snap/deb change; saw a report this reminded me of last night.

some details can be found on bug report... however

on rebooting box (even SysRq keys didn't allow me to reboot - both my keyboard thru KVM switch & extra USB keyboard were dead; YET mouse kept moving using USB mouse)

new install & old install look good; .1GiB difference in size (unless my minor post-install changes & commands in bash_history topple space to bump over that .1GiB boundary) so install works.

I don't think I can (subjectively) PASS test given calamares window just shutdown; but still may do so
This test cannot be recorded on QA Checklist I feel given calamares quit/crashed.

sda9 will be formatted REISERFS before starting calamares; sda8 will be re-used as /home
reboot & new impish system looks good; added packages back that I use
reboot & select focal system, it looks unimpacted by install
reboot & will check out other xp game platform
