Test-case Live Session Start

Boot up the image
Ubuntu boot screen is displayed
When ubiquity starts select your language in the left column
Language is selected, all labels are changed to translated versions
Press "Try Ubuntu" and wait for the Live session to start
The default desktop is displayed

Test-case Live Session Usage

Use and execute the default applications found for the desktop enviroment being run
All applications should function without error


If all actions produce the expected results listed, please submit a 'passed' result.

the real purpose of today's testing - xubuntu & lubuntu fail to boot due to http://launchpad.net/bugs/1937115

FAILURE TO BOOT - identical response to Lubuntu or Xubuntu daily; very quick messages appear then the firmware attempts boot from ssd which wants my encryption key (lubuntu encrypted install was last install)

lenovo thinkpad x201 (i5-m520, 4gb, i915)
primarily a boot test to look for http://launchpad.net/bugs/1937115 ; appears to be booting

just like the hp 8200, I get an internal error on boot up, I agree to report and it looks, but then reports I cannot report (on 8200 it was packages are outdated, here it was different with errors ; but given I've no ethernet cable plugged in & haven't connected to hidden-wifi yet I'll assume that is reason & ignore). primary purpose was boot test only; and it booted fine.

hp 8200 elite sff (i5-2400, 8gb, nvidia quadro 600)
adjust displays to match setup; same displays as dc7700 that had issues (though I think top/bottom are mismatched due cabling).. but even swapping top/bottom via settings did not have any issues on this box. no issues booting so no issues with either bug reported on other tests experienced on this box.

hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 5gb, nvidia quadro nvs 290)
lubuntu & xubuntu fail to boot due to http://launchpad.net/bugs/1937115 on the sony crapbook; so my aim today is to test/confirm ubuntu also fails to boot.
this boot is to test media; no issues are expected; I'll play until check has completed (seen in journalctl)
squashfs check completed YEAH
changing screen position to match my setup has caused wallpaper to disappear; now blue background
