I'll do some minor testing before looking for that bug.. but I'm only proving the bug is present (occurs on installs I already know)..
yep torbrowser crashes on attempts to run (firefox)... not reporting bug in bug section here as it's not a lubuntu program; I installed it for test so not lubuntu team related (impacts lubuntu & kubuntu.. xubuntu test is next)

Same thing I do every time. Boot, change keyboard and resolution, check existing bugs, open and close all apps, check random apps for deeper functionality, check internet, stream media, and shutdown.
No new bugs discovered. Same as the last time.
