adjusted monitor positions to match my setup, logout & login
`lxqt-config-monitor -l` still segfaults; http://launchpad.net/bugs/1905947 ; this issue is a problem for end-users & it requires manual config every time a user logs in unless default monitor.setup matches their use.. but a Qt issue which hopefully will be resolved before release
on adjusting monitor.settings to match my setup, my-top monitor now is black, and top.of.wallpaper is now displayed on my-lower monitor; ie. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1845756 - this issue is petty & minor (logout & login usually fixes this, but I can't do that currently due to prior issue)... changing wallpaper still had black-no-wallpaper top monitor??? which doesn't usually occur as far as I recall, top of wallpaper still showing bottom display only which I expected to resolve issue.. but still ignoring this.. as impossible to explore properly until other issue is fixed
firefox; stream local news in window, maximized, f11 & fullscreen on each monitor (for some reason screen was black & not showing video, not first time and was fixed by a ^R so ignoring)

Other than the LibreOffice bug (which manifests differently on different OSes, but does sort of still exist) the test went as expected.
