(Virtual machine on an i5, 16 GB RAM, onboard Intel HD Graphics) #VirtualBox 6.1

I downloaded the image with zysnc and grabbed the manifest. I did the diff on the manifest (lots changed this time) and started VBox to let it do its thing with the new image.

Once started, I changed the screen resolution and the keyboard layout. I verified that the keyboard layout had been applied and then tested the default installed software by opening and closing all of them, picking some to check further for functionality like creating, removing, and changing files. I installed software and removed software, I ran the full upgrade and several terminal commands to ensure things were okay.

I verified that the LibreOffice bug exists and that it's trivial to avoid. I checked the system settings, ensuring things like transparency works. I changed the theme and icon layout. I also tested adding more panels so that one can make their own 'dock' with the new panel. You can.

Other than that, everything was pretty much as expected. I didn't notice any new bugs.
