at completion of install, it suggested I reboot so it was accepted. I then got the Xubuntu plymouth screen, and it sat there ... remained there for >60 mins
No "Please remove the installation medium, then press ENTER:" screen was shown, only the Xubuntu logo & a circling 'wait' type loop... On pressing ENTER it instantly rebooted, so it acted like the 'Please remove the installation medium, then press ENTER:' should have been on screen, but I only had the "Xubuntu" and spinning loop..
