hp 8200 elite sff (i5-2400, 8gb, nvidia quadro 600)
adjust displays to match setup
open a few random apps; :( some are opening with first screen between my displays; libreoffice & k3b, k3b it wasn't just the initial loading screen by main window opened with top on top-monitor, and bulk of window on bottom-monitor.. like https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openbox/+bug/1804341 though it wasn't VLC (can't find that matches so I'll not tag any), evidenced with both K3b & LibreOffice, however VLC worked perfectly though???
screensaver only covering top monitor - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xscreensaver/+bug/1814490
pcmanfm-qt menu shows when on top dispay, no menu on bottom display - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pcmanfm-qt/+bug/1812342
pcmanfm-qt changes position when I click device (partitions) when on bottom display - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1804329
nah, can't maximize on bottom display so https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1809201
i could tag all other (like) issues that occur; I'll stop looking; these issues only occur with this display setup, slightly alter it & issues disappear.
NOT NEW BUGS so of no interest; NO REGRESSION
