firefox & stream local news in window, maximized, f11 & fullscreen
use fn-media keys to adjust volume +/-, mute/unmute, adjust brightness etc, touching screen moved cursor around..
open a couple of apps via menu

adjust displays to match setup, move panel to other bottom of other display
firefox; watch local news in window, maximized, f11 & fullscreen on each display
media volume keys & mute adjust sound appropriately
<super> didn't open menu (easy to test all program) but I'll ignore, some random apps opened
thunar to explore hdd, navigate to some user files & open with installed apps
suspended system, waited.. it resumed with ESC perfectly
I'll leave news continue streaming.. but no issues detected (ignoring the super key; I don't use it except in testing all menu options so could also be my keyboard)

video glitches on drawn screen stayed awhile, but eventually fixed..
ctrl+alt+T doesn't work, menu items (all apps, accessor, internet, office, settings) have no icons - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfce4-settings/+bug/1827459
`xfsettings --replace` & top panel redrawn & looks different, keys now work & menu items have icons etc.
adjust display to match setup, move panel to my other display,
firefox (no internet), connect cable, then watch local new in small window, maximized, f11 & fullscreen on each display
