testcase: bios, NO internet, no encryption, install alongside

I've noted no S to skip on prior boots either, waited and have tried "S" to skip on all but first boot, but none have skipped.. listing as https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1870018 for this only (I noticed this report on #ubuntu-bugs-announce)

reboot, login to old system, it had 2/3rds of disk as per my slider select, all good
reboot, new system has 1/3 disk as expected, looks good
