lenovo thinkpad sl510 (c2d-t6570, 2gb ram, i915)
(opened all programs recently; so back to only random); open some random apps
connect wifi; 2.4ghz hidden wpa2; ctrl+alt+T to open term & sudo apt update
media keys could increase/decrease volume (on screen anyway), brightness keys adjusted screen

I have no audio audible though using firefox & streaming utube vid.., `sudo lshw -c sound` looks correct; can't work out why nor rule out device (yet anyway)... fixed via `pavucontrol` where it'd been muted; this device's mute button has always been weird (it'll mute but not unmute) so I've likely touched that. that fixed & everything is good (putting audio glitch down to user-error)

Only problen encountered was bug 1864631 "GnuPG2 not found" also minor problem that Fcitx in the "system tools" menu did not open however selecting "Fcitx Configuration" in the Preferences menu worked.
Overall performance and speed very good.
