Minimal testing; session booted perfectly, but keyboard wasn't working (no batteries for wireless, and my [available] usb keyboard only sometimes works on this box) so testing ignored keyboard
no issues starting random programs from menu
suspended system, waited, resumed with power button & mouse woke screensaver

it detected second display (turned off) & screen background was spread across neatly (different resolutions)
generic play, mount external hdds and play random files (videos in vlc; a couple of old cabride vids didn't play but I'll blame codecs & ignore; others were no issue)
firefox; stream news in window, maximized, f11 & fullscreen on each display
suspend system, resume with power-button; screensaver, key & session restored with news streaming via firefox

Trying to use this device without touching keyboard; all is great until I need to use the keyboard, I can get fcitx operating & virtual keyboard on screen, move it around - but unable to make use it to actually enter letters into wifi setup, firefox or qterminal.... I've had issues before (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fcitx/+bug/1817978 is marked resolved so need to work out what I did; access manual etc). That bug report was because I couldn't get onscreen keyboard to show, that I've done - my problem is I can't make use of it so different :( (had this issue before though)
ethernet is connected & it appears to work; but as virt.kbd not working yet can't connect wifi.. disconnected wifi, battery indicator dropping appropriately (one battery 100%, other dropping gradually)
one battery is now 0%, other still reports Fully Charged in "Battery Info"
I'm sure i've reported this before, but new bug report added 1853550
