Proceed in your native language if you wish. Instructions will remain in English

Boot up the image and select your language
The system boots properly and loads the language selection menu
Press enter over the "Start Lubuntu" text
The system should boot to the live desktop
On the desktop, click the "Start Lubuntu XX.YY" icon to open the installer
Select your language/localization in the dropdown menu and click "Next"
The installer should be localized in your language
Select your timezone and click "Next"
A map should appear allowing you to select your timezone, and if the internet is connected, should already be accurate
Select your keyboard layout and click "Next"
Test the keyboard layout in the given box, which should be set correctly
Select the "Erase disk" radio box and click "Next"
A partition layout should be shown which uses all disk space, and the bootloader should be installed to the correct disk
Enter details about the main system user and click "Next"
All details should be correctly filled in
Confirm the details you entered throughout the install are accurate and click "Install", then "Install now"
All details should match what you entered
The slideshow should correctly display, and when the installation is done, a menu should display asking you to confirm your settings
Allow the machine to reboot
The system boots properly and loads into Lubuntu showing the username you entered

If all actions produce the expected results listed, please submit a 'passed' result.

Lubuntu checklist install - seperate /home partition
in this case I won't use existing /home, i'll just create using installer
32768Mb chosen for /, rest to /home - on reboot `df -h` has correct sizes (42gb /home)
all looks good, sdb1 untouched :)

on reboot, it auto-logged in, `df -h` looked correct (sda1 used, sdb1 untouched..)

reboot, on login `df -h` reports what it should (external drive untouched, all space of sda used)
kde partition manager reports btfs -- all good

on reboot, wrong password to decrypt failed :)
reboot again, correct password & boot normally.... all looks good
boot live again; yep disk is encrypted :)

(box had internet on boot; internet was disconnected prior to install starting - port 3)
rebooted, login & explore - all looks good

on reboot i entered wrong encryption password & it failed to boot as expected
reboot & with correct password it booted - every thing looked good.
boot back to 'live' & explore hdd - yep encrypted disk
