Ubuntu 19.04/19.10 qa:test - suspended system resumed without audio (fixed

change displays to match my setup (swap left & right; and my-right is portrait-left)
I completed opening all menu items; ie. all PREFERENCES opened
adjust some settings before closing all opened windows...
I suspended system, waited 2 mins, resumed and as expected
i opened firefox; to stream news in small window, maximized, f11 & fullscreen on each display - but it had no sound :( a refresh of page didn't fix; so toggled profile in `pavucontrol` & sound appeared.. ie. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1816394
I hadn't used sound before suspend so I've blamed suspend bug; otherwise test was great.
media keys (vol up/down & mute/unmute) worked as expected.

lubuntu 19.04-20.04 daily - pcmanfm-qt (dolphin..) moves window position on

| hp 8200 elite sff (i5-2400, 8gb, nvidia quadro 600)

using pcmanfm-qt, qterminal, firefox (mostly), some play with xev & other programs
no issues for two hours until I adjusted displays to match my setup, then https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1809201, https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pcmanfm-qt/+bug/1812342
xscreensaver now only covering TOP display (before screen position change both displays had it) - ie. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1814490
i started running thru all menu items - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qtpass/+bug/1829693

All menu items opened EXCLUDING PREFERENCES...
suspended system, waited 20 secs, hit space & it resumed; screensaver on top display only; bottom display fully readable - but issue already covered - otherwise as expected.
firefox; streamed some local news, window maximized, f11 & fullscreen (fail maximize & it would move window position - ie. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1804329 on lower display b/c of change of arrangement) .. media keys though could adjust volume, mute/unmute..
