lubuntu 19.04-20.04 daily - pcmanfm-qt (dolphin..) moves window position on
opening device, folders or adjust size of windows (when on 2nd display

| hp 8200 elite sff (i5-2400, 8gb, nvidia quadro 600)
adjust monitors to match setup (default-right is my primary & below other display)
move panel to my lower display
pcmanfm-qt to explore (no issues with https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1804329)
made screensaver 1 min, testing for https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xscreensaver/+bug/1814490, alas both screens dim & go blank but only top displays chosen screensaver, bottom returned to normal :(ie. everything is visible)
looked for https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1812342 - no issues
firefox; stream abc news 24 in windows, maximized, f11 & fullscreen each display
media keys can adjust volume (up, down, mute, unmute)
suspended system, waited, it woke on hitting ESC. I opened a mp3 file & had sound.

I had finished, and saw https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sddm/+bug/1835621 so look at it ..
a `sudo service sddm restart` just restarted my LXQt desktop; alas my panel position had moved to top display but I'll ignore that.
grrr... reopened pcmanfm-qt to explore and window now moves on changing device (partition on hdd); https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1804329
grr... looked for https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1812342 and issues now too

using only wacom pen & buttons on device.
both batteries show valid results. (at first power was connected, disconnected power and one battery still reflected 100% charge, the other showed discharging & slow reduce in %)
enable fcitx using wacom-pen, toggle onscreen keyboard
connect hidden wifi (2.4ghz hidden wpa2); ethernet was connected already
firefox stream abc news 24 in window & fullscreen (didn't bother with f11 as not using keyboard!), disconnected ethernet and it circled a bit, then started using wifi
I marked https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fcitx/+bug/1817978 as FIX RELEASED due to this test. The onscreen keyboard is small but perfectly workable.
suspended system, waited, woke with power button, screensaver was visible which I could wake with wacom pen & streaming news continued (with sound).
