hp 8200 elite sff (i5-2400, 8gb, nvidia quadro 600)
// this too has two displays; i'll explore if a change to screen alignment makes my display unreadable like d780 did. this test will be done later today (but using this daily iso)
setup my display as i have them, change wallpapers on each
then change display orientation many many times (12-15) without issue; dragging display window to display that remained viewable before move of position, rotation etc.
suspend system, wait, then with keyboard system resumed correctly (type this)
suspend system, wait, then with keyboard resume system correctly
thunar to open hdd part & start music playing in parole
suspend system (music playing), wait, and system resumed with music, type this
suspend system (music playing), wait, and system resumed with music.

dell [optiplex] 755 (c2d-e8300, 8gb, amd/ati radeon rv610/radeon hd2400 pro/xt)
// re-tested; putting this as different QA-test b/c I didn't have re-occurance of http://launchpad.net/bugs/1821652
change wallpapers, adjust displays to match without issue.
thunar to mount hdd & start music play in parole
now loads of varying display orientations to see if i get issues (12+ apply); no
suspend, wait and resume - as expected.
suspend, and system froze (power light didn't flash as it does in suspend so I think it failed to suspend). i'll finish test & assume it's a hardware issue.
RESUME from suspend FAILED issue

dell [optiplex] 755 (c2d-e8300, 8gb, amd/ati radeon rv610/radeon hd2400 pro/xt)
// because of issues yesterday (my time; same day UST time) with screen arrangement change made a display unreadable; I'm playing here to see if I can re-create it.
ctrl+alt+t didn't work, and i was unable to change display orientation on first boot, on hitting apply the apply stayed grey & did nothing, ie. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfce4-settings/+bug/1821652
using `xfsettingsd --replace` & continuing
change wallpapers on each display
screen orientation was changed 20+ times without issue (position, plus inverted, tilted left/right/inverse etc)
suspended system, waited, resume but both screens were unreadable & changing every ~2 seconds. i couldn't resolve with mouse or keyboard so rebooting system alt-sysrq+reisub..
RESUME from suspend FAILED issue

dell [optiplex] 780 (c2q-q9400, 8gb, amd/ati cedar radeon hd 5000/6000/7350/8350)
stopped awhile looking at wallpaper...
then tried adjusting the screens (my two displays need to be swapped left-right, then my-right display rotated-to-left as in portrait mode. I got it wrong, TWICE then third time i had the portrait display a jumbled mess (like digital tv low receptions; blocky & mixture of black; grey & unreadable)

** DISPLAY UNREADABLE **

i rebooted & started testing again to try & repeat; alas couldn't. this time I knew better what i had to do and didn't have the two missteps; and it worked perfectly... i'll ignore first screen tearing (because display was unreadable, I couldn't read any of terminal (beyond single line @ different positions of display to explore anything). i spent much of the rest of time adjusting display to try and re-create digital-tv-poor-signal image; alas couldn't. i couldn't trip up xfce4-settings again so maybe sunburst mucked up memory: 1950s ibm research :)

firefox; stream local news in windows, maximized, f11 & fullscreen on each display.
media keys can volume up/down/mute as expected
suspended, waited, resumed & firefox stream resumed with sound
suspended, waited, resumed & firefox stream needed refresh to have sound
suspended, waited, resumed & firefox stream resumed with sound
thunar, explore my hdd parts to find & play music in parole (media keys again)
