sudo apt update (using ethernet), connect wifi, pull-plug on ethernet, sudo apt update, featherpad to create blah.c, compile, execute, vim to modify, gcc & exec, firefox, stream vid (I forgot to add ublock, so watched most of advert before closing), kcalc (compute life univer..) -- all good.

booted, sudo apt update; sudo apt install nfs-common, mount a share (ro) to have music play in background, adjust screens to match layout (external vga & internal), play with sddm (due to ml), pulseaudio (adjust playing music..), firefox; add ublock origin, youtube to stream 2 vids).. no issues
