hp 8200 elite sff (i5-2400, 8gb, nvidia quadro 600)
this is NOT a new issue, I suspected this would occur, but couldn't recall if I'd tested in this box, and it let me add it to lp bug report (a more modern box as example)

ibm thinkpad t43 (pentium m, 1.5gb ram, radeon x300)
adjust screens (external vga) to match pattern, featherpad to enter text in blah.c doc, term `sudo apt update` then compile blah.c for errors (no code today), open firefox; add ublock origin, youtube & another brexit vid -- all without issues & great.

dell latitude d610 (pentium m, 1gb, intel i915)
connected ethernet, wifi, term sudo apt update & usual stuff. connected to youtube (firefox, adding ublock origin) & streamed latest vid on brexit (firefox appeared slower than falkon as update was still running, and when multitasking on this 1gb ram & single-core thing but very subjective & ublock wouldn't have helped, but no issues) - all good.
