i could not connect this device to internet in live session.. and installer again did not detect or allow me to connect to nearby wifi network.. whilst it's possible I made a mistake; I believe I used the same entries I enter into `nm-tray` for lubuntu & other installs on this device for QA tests (about the only time I use wifi is installs, so i can't rule out a me-error)
install completed; rebooted and logged into the fresh installed system..
one logged in, I could connect to wifi USING THE FAILED LOGIN CREDENTIALS created in the LIVE session (they were saved, I didn't need to re-enter them, so prior failed attempt should have succeeded).

installer said there was no internet... ctrl+alt+T and open terminal & i can `ping 8.8.8.8` and get replies.. though `ping iinet.net.au` or using DNS only get name resolution errors... I added `nameserver 8.8.8.8` to the /etc/resolv file and then from terminal internet looked okay & i could access it from firefox etc.. though applet on live session still only had `enable networking` which did nothing.. and installer itself acted as if I didn't have internet!!
install itself completed (offline type install even though i was online)
reboot & looked okay
