Installed ISO (manual partitioning) with Internet connection disconnected, no problems encountered during the install process. Was also prompted to install additional Language Packs after rebooting and reconnecting to my router, and logging in to my desktop.
Hardware Profile: Gigabyte M56S-S3 Mobo / AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ @ 2.5GHz / 2-2GB 400MHz / Maxtor 80GB
