| In addition to the "gnome-settings-daemon" crash (which appeared several times) an odd, and uncomfortable, flickering effect moves across the screen whenever an application is launched from the Unity menu. This effect may be restricted to the netbook environment, since it did not appear on an Acer Aspire M3201 desktop tested at the same time.
