[lucid] unable to shutdown (#498607)

Installs just fine but this bug prevents it from restarting, without any error. Removing power lets you reboot and installation goes fine. This bug seems to not be in the 2.6.32-20 Kernel

Installed successfully from cd and from an usb startup disk. Bug 539027 is annoying (especially when using a cd) and looks scary, but doesn't seem to affect the installation.

No problem at all installing manually. Did it twice even.
