nouveau out of sync LVDS (basically card not supported) (#539878)

Hardware Test: Dell Vostro 1500, Intel T7500, Nvidia 8400M GS.

dls-001: Failed, no usable screen, but desktop seems to be running, based on the responses of the keyboard.
dls-002: Failed, no usable screen for clicking. But if you know the key-shortcuts you're able to let it shutdown properly.
dls-003: Did not test.

Relates to Bug #539878: No usable screen to work with.

beh crashed with SIGSEGV in setlocale() (#440426)

All test are ok, but when I start or shutdown the pc, the monitor show some warning for a little time, also the system crashed on Beh bug id 440426
