- Make sure xubuntu-desktop isn't installed and uninstall it if it is.

This test will make sure the a Xubuntu upgrade with no xubuntu-core or xubuntu-desktop will install xubuntu-desktop.
- Install utopic from core.
- Make sure both xubuntu-core and xubuntu-desktop aren't installed.
- Upgrade to vivid.
- This should install xubuntu-core during upgrade.
