This test will check that Xfce4 Terminal opens from desktop

Point your mouse cursor to the desktop and press the right mouse button
A popup menu appears
Select the Open Terminal Here option
A terminal window opens with default settings displaying a command prompt, and the cursor is positioned at the command prompt

This test will check that Xfce4 Terminal opens from Application Finder

Hit Alt-F2 keys
An Application Finder window opens
Type Xfce Terminal in the window text box
The Launch button is now enabled and click-able
Click the Launch button
A terminal window opens with default settings displaying a command prompt, and the cursor is positioned at the command prompt

This test will check that Xfce4 Terminal opens with Super+T keys

Press Super+T
A terminal window opens with default settings displaying a command prompt, and the cursor is positioned at the command prompt

This test will check that Xfce4 Terminal opens a new terminal window from a already open terminal window by right clicking on it

Open a terminal window, point your mouse cursor to it then press the right mouse button
A popup menu appears
Select the Open Terminal option
A new terminal window opens, inheriting the working directory from its parent terminal

This test will check that Xfce4 Terminal opens a new terminal window from the menubar of a already open terminal window

Open a terminal window and click File on the menubar

This test will check that Xfce4 Terminal performs searches in the Terminal Contents from the menubar

Type the search pattern in the Search text box
The Previous and Next buttons are now enabled and click-able to perform the search for the given pattern

This test will check that Xfce4 Terminal performs searches in the Terminal Contents with Shift+Ctrl+F keys

Open a terminal window and Shift+Ctrl+F keys
The Find dialog window opens
Type the search pattern in the Search text box
The Previous and Next buttons are now enabled and click-able to perform the search for the given pattern

This test will check that Xfce4 Terminal changes the title of the currently displayed terminal from the menubar

This test will check that Xfce4 Terminal maximizes into fullscreen

Open a terminal window then click on View on the menubar

Select the Fullscreen option
The Terminal window maximizes into fullscreen
