python-qt3 should be on all Ubuntu DVDs (Ubuntu, Edubuntu, Xubuntu) and not only on Kubuntu as we have plenty of space here. It is needed by HPLIP and it is very user-unfriendly to show a dialog telling to install a package instead of simply opening the application (HP Toolbox).

PASS, upgraded from the alternate cd. Only comment is that network-monitor was not removed from the panel, despite the presence of nm-applet.
