Toshiba Satellite Pro C850-19W with 3rd gen. Intel i5 CPU and built-in [Intel] graphics. Booted live both in BIOS mode and UEFI mode. In this case selected to install in BIOS mode because most tests so far are in UEFI mode. More special details: Test case: install alongside, automatic partitioning. Language: Swedish - all worked well. - Comment: update-grub no longer finds other systems by default. I had to modify /etc/default/grub (uncomment a line) for it to work.

testcase: full disk, no-encryption, EFI, internet, swap

(I started the installer/calamares twice.. first time without power cable connected & it warned of that.. i then exited the installer, connected power cord & restart installer & it didn't complain about battery only)

reboot & all looks great after login.. wifi password didn't need entry, I could select the network details I'd entered prior to install (on this wifi only device).
