Proceed in your native language if you wish. Instructions will remain in English

Boot up the image and select your language
The system boots properly and loads the language selection menu
Press enter over the "Start Lubuntu" text
The system should boot to the live desktop
On the desktop, click the "Start Lubuntu XX.YY" icon to open the installer
Select your language/localization in the dropdown menu and click "Next"
The installer should be localized in your language
Select your timezone and click "Next"
A map should appear allowing you to select your timezone, and if the internet is connected, should already be accurate
Select your keyboard layout and click "Next"
Test the keyboard layout in the given box, which should be set correctly
Select the "Erase disk" radio box and click "Next"
A partition layout should be shown which uses all disk space, and the bootloader should be installed to the correct disk
Enter details about the main system user and click "Next"
All details should be correctly filled in
Confirm the details you entered throughout the install are accurate and click "Install", then "Install now"
All details should match what you entered
The slideshow should correctly display, and when the installation is done, a menu should display asking you to confirm your settings
Allow the machine to reboot
The system boots properly and loads into Lubuntu showing the username you entered

If all actions produce the expected results listed, please submit a 'passed' result.

dell [optiplex] 780 (c2q-q9400, 8gb, amd/ati cedar radeon hd 5000/6000/7350/8350)
testcase: install using existing partition
reboot & select kinetic; login & all looks as it should (ie. untouched)
reboot & select jammy; login & all looks as it should (ie. untouched)
reboot & select focal; login, desktop looks as it should, /var/log/installer/media-info shows current RC though; and file-system meta data matches new install, and my manually installed packages were re-installed (clementine resumed my playlist etc)
didn't select & boot debian bookworm; assuming that's good (will check later)

HP Elitebook 8570p, 3rd gen Intel Core i5, 16 GB RAM, 120 GB SSD, UEFI, Secure Boot disabled on physical machine. Test done in GNOME Boxes, Secure Boot enabled in VM. Installation successful, rebooted, logged into newly installed system, launched Firefox and streamed media.

sony vaio svp112a1cw (i5-9400u, 4gb, intel haswell-ULT)
testcase: full disk, no-encryption, EFI, no-internet,
reboot, login & checks are all good.. full disk allocated (with ESP) etc.

hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 5gb, nvidia quadro nvs 290)
testcase: full disk, encryption, BIOS, no-internet,
reboot & login... adjust screens, luks encryption (sda1) using all disk & all looks good
