testcase: install using existing partition

this install failed; error(s) though that appeared on screen related to kernels (4.15, 5.11) though shouldn't exist on this box; thus I can't rule out my user-procedural error;

Yeah it's a failure; but at least given the error(s) I saw on screen; it's not a Lubuntu team concern; IT LOOKS LIKE USER-PROCEDURE; user needs to clean up their box prior to install & should seek support before install; that's what error looks like to me anyway! (which is not what I expected at all; last install was with 20221011 ISO on 12-October-2022 if I selected the correct partitions & was all good then!)

reboot & grub looks fine, selected 'new' (top) lubuntu system & it booted to SDDM fine, non-standard theme as expected, but login failed..
I'll assume other system(s) are good; not trying... crossing off this install type my current concern.

sony vaio ultrabook svp11216cgb (i5-9400u, 4gb, intel haswell-ULT)
testcase: install using existing partition

this install was made earlier today; i booted it, added clementine, figlet, fortune, cowsay & other packages..
i create some files in $HOME (blah, blah1, blah2..) most empty files but some with contents, then rebooted & started install (internet is required for this install type so enabled)

select / & /boot/efi (only partitions) which were re-used, install ran & completed
reboot & login...

files I created in $HOME are all present; contents look valid (mostly random keys were pressed; but letters match positioning of my fingers as I recall), and most importantly clementine is present, fortune|cowsay gave me a bad joke, figlet did what it's expected to etc... ie. exactly what install should have done.
file-system metadata TIMES match an install this hour, not half-day ago... all great
