hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 5gb, nvidia quadro nvs 290)
testcase: install with existing partition, sda1

REPEATED INSTALL; expected outcome is FAILURE with same bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/calamares/+bug/1932236)... but this time installer will be started with `sudo -E calamares -d` or DEBUG on

I had a calamares failure whilst DITHERING on installer in focal.3 daily install earlier; so I'll attempt to repeat my DITHERING here and see if calamares will crash here too... ie. exploration of http://launchpad.net/bugs/1932233

ie. before get to "manual partitioning" I'll select REPLACE PARTITION, then select sda1, sda2, sda1, sda2, etc, switch to :manual, back to "replace" & select sda1, sda2, sda1 etc again & keep changing my mind...before eventually switching to MANUAL PARTITION where calamares crashed on focal.3 daily.

hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 5gb, nvidia quadro nvs 290)
testcase: replace partition
(mkusb/dus written in LIVE mode) installer started via menu
install completed, reboot & grub looked weird; maybe I just missed it...
new impish system checks out okay, post-install checks all good
reboot, grub this time as expected; I'll assume I was missed grub last time
login to prior-focal install (couple of goes to get password correct), but it looks good; evidence of support use so looks correct.
