sony vaio svp112a1cw (i5-9400u, 4gb, intel haswell-ULT)
testcase: install alongside (to view grub!)
Wifi was connected so as to look for http://launchpad.net/bugs/1898501 ; alas New York
slider was adjusted so most disk space was allocated new install
bug reported added with https://ipapi.co/json details
(I intended to upload calamares session.log before reboot, alas I forgot sorry!)
login to old system, as expected.. (no command history from exploration of system last qa-test?? but I must have rebooted rather than normal shutdown.. and it wasn't saved.. I also forgot to `touch` a file and create another file containing "blah" I usually do but that'll be my error
login to new system & clean & looks good. the new install is aware of my hidden wifi network anyway (as I had connected to that for calamares.geoip testing)
all looks good

no issue with http://launchpad.net/bugs/1892303
