Dell Inspiron 3521 tested basic features - all seemed to be in order.

I only tested the basic features in the Toshiba laptop, http://www.toshiba.se/laptops/satellite-pro/c850/satellite-pro-c850-19w/, where I usually test Lubuntu, and they seem to work like previous point releases. I had hoped that the casper package would be backported from Eoan to allow for a simpler way to make persistent live drives, but it is not there yet. I guess it is too late for this point version, maybe we can ask for it in 18.04.5. The Lubuntu specific features seem OK for me.
