Test-case Live Session Start

Boot up the image
Lubuntu boot screen is displayed
When ubiquity starts select your language in the left column
Language is selected, all labels are changed to translated versions
Press "Try Lubuntu" and wait for the Live session to start
The default desktop is displayed

Test-case Live Session Usage

Use and execute the default applications found for the desktop enviroment being run
All applications should function without error


If all actions produce the expected results listed, please submit a 'passed' result.
If an action fails, or produces an unexpected result, please submit a 'failed' result and file a bug. Please be sure to include the bug number when you submit your result.

dell [optiplex] 780 (c2q-q9400, 8gb, amd/ati cedar radeon hd 5000/6000/7350/8350)
NOTE: test primarily geared to testing mkusb 12.6.9-1ubuntu1 with persistence on new focal.2 ISO
--persistent to ram, used this time
adjust monitor setup to match my arrangement, open few random apps then shutdown

NOTE: test primarily geared to testing mkusb 12.6.9-1ubuntu1 with persistence on new focal.2 ISO
adjust monitor setup to match my arrangement, open few random apps then shutdown

hp dc7900 (c2d-e8400, 4gb, intel 4 series integrated i915)
NOTE: test primarily geared to testing mkusb 12.6.9-1ubuntu1 with persistence on new focal.2 ISO (test 6 now)
all good, lubuntu & prior package & command history present (mkusb)
booted & looked good, wireless mouse had dead batteries so only booted then REISUO shutdown

sony vaio svp112a1cw (i5-9400u, 4gb, intel haswell-ULT)
NOTE: test primarily geared to testing mkusb 12.6.9-1ubuntu1 with persistence on new focal.2 ISO (test 4 now)
FAILS TO BOOT, however this is **NOT** a lubuntu issue..

switched to clone thumb-drive for lubuntu purposes..
booted, connected wifi (5ghz hidden) ; intel 7260
sudo apt update (wth - too many updates,.. wrong thumb-drive, starting again..)
repeated it again using focal.2 thumb-drive, all good
`ubuntu-drivers autoinstall` found no drivers

NOTE: test primarily geared to testing mkusb 12.6.9-1ubuntu1 with persistence on new focal.2 ISO

mkusb grub appears (screen flickering a little; will ignore that for now)
selected persistence.. mkusb watermark remains.. :), check skipped
Lubuntu boots & looks normal... open term, sudo apt update.. 4 packages upgraded
open a few random apps - system looks good, so rebooted

persistent live chosen again..
once in lubuntu, opened term, my command history is present & no upgraded packages available. looks great

had to work out which partition is to be replaced.. to read screen requires me to adjust displays to match my setup (I can't read sideways..)

Lenovo YG SL 7 14ITL05 i5-1135G7,16GB,Intel Iris Xe,WiFi, 512GB M2NVMe SSD
Testcase:UEFI+secure boot - Live session - quick test to check boot - linux version 5.8.0-41 generic - also connected WiFi and ran some checks on network connectivity and printing etc etc - no problems encountered -
