this box is being used to look for http://launchpad.net/bugs/1854621, will include general qa-test

Oh No, something went wrong, press key to exit, where it looped??
Unexpected, I switched to terminal and `ubuntu-bug ubuntu-desktop`, but didn't send as I decided to reboot & see if i occurred again.. Nope, desktop this time

no visual artifacts/issues on display, changed wallpaper a number of times so no issues.
i had problem detected appear; reported by no request to file.. (thus ignoring)
opened hdd & navigated to my user directory, opened some files using installed apps, 2x vids there wouldn't play but ignoring, mp3, pdf & other files all opened (/var/crash only contained totem which had been uploaded; dmesg contained only 2x segfaults for totem)

second monitor blacked a few times during use (abnormal), but I didn't see issue or cause.. thus ignoring.

dell [optiplex] 755 (c2d-e8300, 8gb, amd/ati radeon rv610/radeon hd2400 pro/xt)
adjust monitors to match my setup (portrait+landscape)
open random apps; & general user type play

calandar won't maximize on portrait display (screen resolution not large enough I gather so won't file bug, but not expected behavior (portrait currently is 1024x768; display is 1280x1024 but sometimes only recognized as 1024x768 which is quirk on kvm-hardware I've concluded)
suspended system, waited, it resumed... all good (calendar not maximizing unusual but..)

background was annoying me (even with windows full screen, I can see background glitch pattern thru dock, so I've rebooted)
This time however my screen has a background!! though minor glitches up below top panel (I know this as if firefox or other is fullscreen the glitches on wallpaper are hidden; because it looks like they're part of panel)

I've added http://launchpad.net/bugs/1854621 as being impacted; YES I have wallpaper on booting, with only glitches at the top, but now that I've changed wallpaper - the effect is exactly the same as prior sessions now... so using existing bug report.

open random apps from menu, general user type play (I just got 3x wallpapers changed without glitching!! yippee!) suspended system, waited 15+ secs then woke system with power button and it resumed perfectly..

request to retest https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-meta/+bug/1854621 is my primary focus, will do general qa-testing too

very nice boot, alas it boots to no wallpaper..

changing wallpapers would mostly create a mess on the background, though on rare occasions it seemed to come good, but it's go bad on it's own soon enough? (ie. a good wallpaper often seemed to change to the blocky-jarry message by itself) - updated bug report

requested to test for https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-d... by lotuspsychje; i could move icons on dock easily (working as intended 80-90% of the time when on left, or right), but when dock is at the bottom it only rarely moved icons, or allowed me to add new ones etc (failing 80-90% of the time now)

the background is annoying/distracting me, so going to end session & restart.
