| dell [optiplex] 755 (c2d-e8300, 8gb, amd/ati radeon rv610/radeon hd2400 pro/xt)
adjust displays (boots up with displays mirrored) to match setup; my right is portrait-left tilted
pcmanfm-qt to open hdd to grab files to open using installed apps; could not open mp3 :(
firefox; add ublock.origin, stream some news in window, maximized, f11 & fullscreen on each display
random apps started etc. general play
suspended system, waited, resumed however firefox continued without sound; a ^R (refresh) fixed this though

firefox; stream local news in window, f11 & fullscreen on each display
laptop volume keys raised/lowered menu, notifications look correct
encrypted home partition on hdd so didn't bother with opening apps

xscreensaver is covering only laptop display, not external - http://launchpad.net/bugs/1814490
suspended laptop, waited, it resumed where I could see & hear news continue streaming on external vga, screensaver hiding only laptop display - on touch of key session resumed...

lubuntu 19.04-20.04 daily - pcmanfm-qt (dolphin..) moves window position on
opening device, folders or adjust size of windows (when on 2nd display
only with vertical placement) (#1804329)

pcmanfm-qt to open hdd parts & open files using installed apps; no music (vlc) but other files (pdf, txt, jpg etc) opened as expected, menus & maximize/un-maximized etc worked as expected..

media keys adjusted volume (mute/unmute) as expected

a few programs randomly opened from menus, `vlc` wouldn't start, and gnupg (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qtpass/+bug/1829693), but others were good
all issues occurred only after adjust monitor.settings, all are reported upstream & will only occur with people with my display setup (labs with rows of screens two-high)
