| motion computing j3400 (c2d-u9400, 4gb, intel mobile 4 series)
general operation - it recognizes wacom pen & I can use it to operate machine correctly.
pcmanfm-qt to open sdd parts, can't access my $HOME (install xfs - opensuse, no idea why, but i never explore why so no music this way)
firefox; add ublock origin, then stream utube vid in window, f11 & fullscreen
// NOTED TWO BATTERY ICONS bottom left (on panel), I recall only one before (which had two tabs, one for each battery) - will ignore as 'box' has two batteries so it makes sense..
i logged out & tried to login without using keyboard; nope. used keyboard
had a quick look at fcitx config to see if i could operate it -- nope too dumb.
consult https://manual.lubuntu.me/3/3.1/3.1.1/fcitx.html?highlight=fcitx
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fcitx/+bug/1817978
discussions on #lubuntu-devel imply fcitx needs to be started ... refer bug report for more details.
outside of on-screen-keyboard-failure (which i consider MINOR as my device does have keyboard), I'm happy & so am passing this.

adjust screens (prefs->lxqt.settings->monitor.settings) to match my setup (dvi0 & top, dvi1 at bottom, ignoring the horizontal alignment for simplicity)
vlc opens with panel covering privacy.and.network.access.policy window hidden by panel https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/vlc/+bug/1804341
open firefox, maximized on top screen (no issues), drag to bottom screen & maximizes using 1/10th of screen https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1809201
firefox; ublock origin, utube & stream abc.news.24 (window, f11 & fullscreen for each display) .. on bottom screen after f11 or fullscreen the window moves to be partially on each display instead of returning to prior position on bottom display only -- i won't open a new bug for this (I'm sure i've done already but can't find it).
pcmanfm-qt & try it's issue (similar to firefox issue & sure enough - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pcmanfm-qt/+bug/1804329 (will do for firefox issue too)
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-panel/+bug/1809205
OF NOTE featherpad menus are usable on both displays (unlike pcmanfm-qt)
// i've become confused; room now above 30oC, so switch to pcmanfm-qt to find nice music instead of news streaming.. opened some in default app (vlc)
i've tagged wrong bug report; fixing.. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-panel/+bug/1810079

// outside of these screen issues, which ONLY occur if vertically placed like my screens are; with second display BELOW first on regardless of any horizontal sway [none in this test, but was in earlier tests], all is good. I assume most people have left-right arrangement of displays, or may have first video @ bottom (I can't recall if this fixes it; have tested it prior qa-test) so passing.
// what's weird; I don't 'qa-test' on this box much as it's my primary machine, and I don't have all these issues despite me using Lubuntu 19.04 most of the time.
to test https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1816394 I paused audio (i do this usually to avoid issues such as sound-not-returning) then suspended, waited... woke machine via power button and it resumed (bottom screen fully displayed, top screen covered by screensaver aka https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1814490) and vlc would resume my music :) .. i then waited next song (delay) and suspended without stopping music (screensaver top screen chimed in before.. so wake it & suspend) .. wait ... wake it.. and music did not resume (screensaver covering top display where vlc was, bottom screen visible). vlc & music is playing but no audio - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1816394... i fixed with `pavucontrol` by turning audio off at configuration tab, then back to stereo (I do this on my installed system if I forget to stop audio & it's required)
