PC, secondary HDD install. Tested with Nouveau and nvidia-driver-390.

In addition to the bugs I've marked:
1) when I open Window Manager options within the xfce4-settings-manager and when I change the window buttons layout, the button icons disappear from the options window, so I can only move them once, result: https://ibb.co/bwLvmp they are visible again when I reopen the Window Manager settings
2) Ristretto fails to set a wallpaper - https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14571
3) mouse-wheel scroll deosn't work in Appearance - Icons list when opened within xfce4-settings-manager, it seems that all long enough lists (nested) are affected, known GTK3 bug
4) when using proprietary drivers the Plymouth boot screen is in low resolution, very old and well known bug
