| Computer info:
VirtualBox Graphical User Interface Version 5.0.24_Ubuntu r108355
(I don't have access to spare hardware to test on at the moment)
Allocated 2GB RAM
Host OS: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64-bit
Lenovo ThinkPad X201
Bigger issues:
#1631978 - Bug in System Settings (Unity 7) which few are likely to come across but it's still not acting as intended so this caused the test to fail.
#1631981 - System Settings (Unity 8) does not work as expected when using it in Unity 7, not sure why it's accessible from the Dash by default in Unity 7, might be a meta bug.
#1631988 - Apport didn't work as expected.
#1632001 - Snaps don't run
Very minor issues/non-issues - probably too minor to report - some/all of these could be due to Unity running in Low Graphics Mode (there don't seem to be any of the more fancy animations being used, though when Bugsplat came up it glowed and wriggled...):
The Plymouth boot screen using a more text-based version of the five dots thing, I'm guessing this is some sort of fallback and is meant to happen? It's not console text, it's just more blocky than usual.
Changing languages in Ubiquity worked fine, though 'as superuser' in the window bar doesn't. Is this meant to happen?
The LibreOffice buttons look odd. Orange gradients when selected rather than the usual effect of looking like you've pushed a button in when selected. Firefox theming also looks strange, thick black lines around the URL bar, thicker than usual. However I thought these were too minor to report as bugs and am not completely sure the LibreOffice one is a bug (haven't tried the new LibreOffice Deb in Ubuntu 16.04). Will report them if necessary.
