No problem at all.
Used the iso directly under a grub menu. With a grub menu, we don't have a start with Ubiquity that launches "Try Xubuntu" or "Install Xubuntu" but I'm used to it and don't know if it's an issue.
I also try an installation after umounting the /isodevice folder : sudo umount -l -r -f /isodevice
It worked fine and I'm currently using that Xubuntu installed.
Still have the same problems than in previous versions. My old CRT monitor is unrecognized by grub. So the boot time is blind and I have to fix it with a "GRUB_GFXMODE=800x600" in /etc/default/grub.
In Xubuntu why are you choosing a 250ms time for the doubleclic with the mouse ? It's very hard to use a double clic on the title of a window to enlarge it. I fixed it to 750ms.
Why a shortcut Super+T for the Terminal instead of Ctrl+Alt+T like in Ubuntu and Lubuntu ?
