Orca doesn't read the ubiquity promotional slides (#986716)

At step 3, "Press Ctrl+s to start the screen-reader ", I found I had to press Ctrl-s twice in order to start orca.
At the "Erase Ubuntu precise and install" screen, the reader only shouts the DISK name, it can confuse people, it should read "Erase Ubuntu precise and install", and the specify the name of the disk.
In general I think an english blind user could finish the installation, with some help, however bug 986711 could easily avoid other users (es, it, pt) to install Ubuntu successfully, I'm going to mark it as failed.
