Lubuntu Install (entire disk with encryption) doesn't prompt for disk

Everything worked fine except the prompt to enter the password for the disk encryption, which is a big deal. Users won't know they have to enter their disk's password to start the boot process.

Notice the bug #966403 so i decide to test the install too. Dialog box came up and install were clean for me.
