| Non persistent test:
when I select the Italian language and "Try Ubuntu" I am prompted with an account to logon with (Guest Account is the one I selected).
Once logged, when I click on shutdown, insead of shutting down I'm again prompted with and account to select, so I click on the icon on the top right of the screen and select shut down, but instead of shutting down I am again rompted with an account to select.
I have to shutdown from command line.
Persistent test:
Same problem.
Restarting from command line does not save browser history reported bug
There is no restart menu option see bug 815077.
